Raw Cookie Dough Ice Cream!

One of my favorite things I’ve made yet. And shockingly simple!

Ice Cream:

  • 5 frozen bananas

Cookie Dough Bites

  • 6 dates
  • 1/4 cup soaked raw almonds
  • 1 tsp coconut oil
  • 1 tbs cacao nibs
  • pinch cinnamon
  • pinch himalayan sea salt

Blend frozen bananas together in vitamix or food processor, set aside in freezer. Pit your dates and throw into the blender/food processor. Add almonds, coconut oil, cinnamon, and sea salt. Pulse until incorporated. Add in cacao nibs by hand or pulse them in. Roll into balls and enjoy as is, or put onto your ice cream!

May 17th, Buddha’s birthday. Sharing beautiful vibes with him this morning. “We are shaped by our thoughts; we become what we think. When the mind is pure, joy follows like a shadow that never leaves.” - 🙏 Happy Birthday Buddha!

I think my toddler might be drunk: his balance is off; he’s having trouble pronouncing some of his words; and he’s being REALLY moody.

Ha!

Science!

Just a heads up, parents.

Not for me! I don’t think I even knew happiness truly until I heard my little guy’s heartbeat for the first time. If I had to choose between spending time with him forever or having sexy time for the rest of my life, I’d choose him. But, thank God I don’t have to! ;)
What do you think of these findings?
